Shipping & returns

Sending

We process orders Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. If your order is placed at a later time, it will not be prepared for shipment until the next working day.

Orders are shipped with DPD parcel service. You will receive a Track&Trace email from DPD for your order. You can track your package yourself or sometimes arrange a different delivery point or time with DPD. We have no influence on DPD's work processes.


DPD shipping costs are calculated based on weight for your order. We pack your order and provide it with a parcel label.

Returns

​Do you want to return something? Please read our terms and conditions first.


The private customer can terminate an agreement relating to the purchase of a product within 14 days without giving reasons. Blitzerz may ask for the reason for cancellation, but may not oblige the customer to provide the reasons for cancellation.

 

 

After notification that the customer wishes to return the product, the customer has another 14 days to actually return the product. The customer will then receive the purchase costs and shipping costs* back within 14 days.

 

The mentioned cooling-off period (14 days) starts on the day after the customer has received the product.

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, he or she must report this to Blitzerz within the cooling-off period. If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, all additional agreements will be dissolved by operation of law.

 

Products eligible for exclusion are:

- products created by Blitzerz according to customer specifications (names, special colors, etc.);

- products that are clearly personal in nature.

 

If the customer instructs Blitzerz to make personalized items, the option to cancel/withdraw expires. This also applies to orders where an item, color, size and print are chosen separately. These orders are not eligible for cancellation/revocation.

 

The risk and burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with the customer. The costs for return shipment are borne by the customer. Insufficiently stamped or unstamped shipments will not be accepted by Blitzerz. Returns where the withdrawal form is missing and the origin cannot be traced will not be accepted.

 

Blitzerz can exclude products from the right of withdrawal, this will be indicated to the customer when making the offer and again in good time before concluding the agreement.

 

*shipping costs will be refunded when the entire order is returned. If part of the order is not returned, the shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.

Price

Packages are shipped based on weight. Starting rate is 6 euros shipping costs.
